Mark H. Savage
Associate Attorney
Mark graduated from the University of Arizona, College of Law in 2007 and joined the Gerhardt Law Office, PLC as an Associate Attorney in January 2009. He has completed the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys curriculum and received additional ongoing legal training from the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Bankruptcy Section of the Arizona Bar Association.
Mark's efforts are directed primarily towards assisting bankruptcy clients through the debt discharge process, with the goal of helping clients regain control of their assets, free from abusive creditors, and giving them a fresh start financially.
In addition to bankruptcy, Mark works with estate-planning clients to develop client-centered estate plans allowing them to maximize the protections they can pass to their loved ones while minimizing the potentially devastating effects of probate and taxes. He also represents clients in Probate and Conservatorship / Guardianship matters.
In addition to working as an Attorney, Mark continues to serve the community as a Senior Captain and Paramedic with the Fry Fire District, where he has worked for the past 17 years. He also volunteers with the Cochise County Sheriff's Office.
